List the goods description, package or pallet count, total gross weight and the length, width and height of each package. State the units and say whether packages can be stacked. Photos or a packing list can help explain the load.
02
Define the journey
Provide the origin and destination city, country, port or airport where known. Explain whether collection or final delivery is needed and describe access to the loading point. If you are unsure which transport mode fits, ask the team to discuss the options.
03
Share dates and handling needs
Give the cargo ready date and any arrival deadline. Mention fragile goods, temperature needs or other special characteristics. Share any available shipment documents so the applicable requirements can be discussed before arrangements are confirmed.
Transport arrangements, transit times and quotations are confirmed after discussing the shipment with our team.
A package measuring 80 × 60 × 50 cm has a volume of 0.80 × 0.60 × 0.50 = 0.24 m³. Five identical packages total 1.20 m³. Always include the packaged dimensions and weight; volume alone does not determine the freight price.
Requirements depend on the goods, route and transport mode. Confirm documents and arrangements with the team before shipping.
0.80 × 0.60 × 0.50 = 0.24 m³
